  Congratulations to our Year 4 dancers who performed in front of a very large audience last night at Rickmansworth School. They danced with confidence and energy and represented Kingsway Junior with pride. Well done to all.

  To all of our Kingsway families,

   

  Following our School council meeting, we have decided that we'd like to raise money to support the Ukrainian people.

   

  Money that we raise will go to Herts for Refugees, a registered charity with 5 years' experience of getting funds to the right place as quickly as possible. We've chosen to raise money rather than collect donations as there is currently a struggle to get physical donations to Ukraine and its bordering countries, with many donations getting held up.

  This Friday, children are invited to wear Yellow and Blue, the colours of the Ukrainian flag, and bring in a donation of a pound or however much you would like. Two children in Crowns class would also like to raise money by making and selling "Peace bracelets" at school, which we're looking forward to supporting!
