We want to hear from you

Our aim is to make your child's time at Kingsway Junior School a happy and successful one. We value open communication with parents and carers, whether you're sharing good news or raising a concern.

    Informal concerns

Most concerns can be resolved quickly and informally. We encourage you to speak to your child's class teacher in the first instance:

    • Quick conversations: Teachers are available on the playground at the beginning and end of the school day for brief chats
    • Longer discussions: If you need more time, please contact the school office to arrange an appointment with your child's teacher

If your concern hasn't been resolved, or you feel you didn't get the information you were looking for, please contact a member of the Senior Leadership Team or the Headteacher via the school office.

    Formal complaints

If we haven't been able to resolve your concern informally to your satisfaction, you can make a formal complaint using our Complaints Policy.

    Our Complaints Policy explains:

    • How to make a formal complaint
    • The stages of the complaints procedure
    • The timeframes for each stage
    • What to expect at each stage
