I am delighted to welcome you to a coffee morning on Monday 30th January at 9.00am. Please can I ask that you complete the form below to let me know if you are able to attend.  It is an excellent opportunity to meet up.  I am finishing the session with Questions and Answer session so please do come with any questions or suggestions you may want to bring up.
